IC Design & Development
We have extensive design and development experience in CMOS ICs for RF, Analog and Mixed-signal applications. We have developed ICs from 7nm to 180 nm technology nodes. This includes high frequency clocking circuits up to 100 GHz, RF front-ends up to 60 GHz, transceivers up to 40 GHz.
Device Modeling & PDK Development
We have vast experience in device modelling and PDK development for CMOS 7nm FinFETs to 130 nm MOSFETs, LTCC Passives and Antennas, SiGe HBTs, GaAs and GaN pHEMTs and HBTs. We have developed PDKs for Keysight Advanced Design System and Genesys with scalability and process skews. PDKs support sensitivity and yield analysis and provide for DOE.
Training & Workshops
We have experience in conducting hands-on training in Microwave and Millimeter-wave IC design, Development and Packaging. We have conducted 40+ Industry and Academic Trainings coving Asia Pacific and Europe. We have experience in developing EDA Tool Manuals for Keysight EDA Software including ADS, Genesys and EMPro.
